The Destination! - Easter A Very Special Day

Easter A Very Special Day by Daniel Deen

I have seen Christians through out the world celebrate Christmas more warmly and excitedly than Easter.  On Christmas our Salvation started and completed on Easter.

We celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ on Christmas. Yes His birth was supernatural! He was born according to God’s plan. Mary was pregnant with the power of the Holy Spirit.

Before I go on, I am not saying that Christmas isn't a Special day, because it is.  I am not saying that it is not an important day or that we shouldn't celebrate, but just wanted to tell you like Christmas,  Easter is also a great day!!  On Christmas, Jesus our Lord and Savior was born and then Easter, He had died and rose again.  There is more great cause.

 Broken The Chains of Death

In the history of the world so many prophets and God's people came, but there is none of them who died and on the third day broke the chains of death.  It is Jesus who broke the chains of death to give us everlasting life, and on Easter God fulfilled His plan through Jesus Christ.

Yes that's the specialty of Easter, because on this day, Jesus was resurrected.

As a matter of fact, on Christmas, our Salvation starts, and it is completed on Easter.

Let's think if the will of God be done just on Christmas (on Just Jesus birthday) the things were entirely changed!

   No Miracles? No Miracles Yes!

No miracles? Oh what am I saying?  Come on!  Listen, I am saying absolutely right.

If there wasn't Easter, then no miracles would happen in us, by us in the past, present, nor in the future.

On Christmas, Jesus was born.  Once He turned 33, He started to preach the Word and heal the sick!

Acts 2:22 "Ye men of Israel ,hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by Him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know"

After resurrection Jesus went to heaven and then He sent the Holy Spirit and give His people the power of Holy Spirit.  All the Miracles with the power of Holy Spirit are happening in us….

No Holy Spirit, No Gifts of Holy Spirit

Look if Jesus just born, not dead, not rose again, then we would have not the Holy Spirit, nor Salvation, and no miracles done.

In short if we neglect Easter, then we neglect Holy Spirit miracles, the great salvation.

Look at the verse
Hebrews 2:3-4 "How shall we escape if we neglect so great salvation, which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard Him, God also bearing witness both with signs, wonders, with various miracles and gifts of Holy Spirit according to His own will"

Easter one of the biggest day of history!  Yes, Easter is a very special day, that we celebrate, Jesus Christ was risen on that day.  So after the resurrection,  He ascended up to Heaven and sent the Holy Spirit to give us the power of miracles.

Easter is the day, brought signs, wonders, with various miracles and a lot of gifts of Holy Spirit too.

So therefore, we all can say that Easter is the biggest day of history and a very special one~!

Jesus Christ had died for our sins, and He is now sitting on the right hand of the throne of our Father above in Heaven~!!!

Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior, and He is a wonderful friend to us all~!!

If you have any question please feel free to ask. I always look forward to hearing from you.

Yours in Christ

   Daniel Deen
