Yes, He humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.
For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so My ways are higher than your ways and My thoughts higher than your thoughts.
"The rain and snow come down from the heavens and stay on the ground to water the earth. They cause the grain to grow, producing seed for the farmer and bread for the hungry. It is the same with My word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it.
God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can't take credit for this; it is a GIFT from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it.
For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.
I will instruct you, I will guide you the way you should walk and counsel you and keep my eyes upon you. That's God promise to you no matter how bad you think you have become.
Continue to put your trust IN HIM according to HIS WORD.
We are proof of God’s word and His promises.
