I have seen Christians through out the world celebrate Christmas more warmly and excitedly than Easter. On Christmas our Salvation started and completed on Easter.

We celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ on Christmas. Yes Hi birthday was supernatural! He was born according to God’s plan.

I have noticed upon reading the Bible that when God placed a dream seed in someone’s heart, it never came ‘suddenly’. Abraham was promised seed that was too numerous to count. He died in hope, still nurturing the dream seed. Joseph was showed that he would be a Leader; he went through a lengthy nurturing season in which he was taken from his family.

What I love about this passage is that Paul wrote it while he was in Chains. He wrote it with the perspective that he needed not focus on the past, perhaps the trials or tribulations he was in or he went through the cause of Christ but was making a conscience decision to fix his eyes on Christ and his eternal life with the goal heavenward in Christ Jesus.
