Why & Which Christians Rebel by Kashif Daniel

Why do Christians rebel, try to change Christianity or hate Christianity, Many reasons but for the most part two main reasons have seen of this rebellion, 1. - for the love of money 2. - for the impurity of so-called Christians

1.      For The Love of Money

“It is” not good if “they” change religion for money, Christianity is from God, not from the world.

What Does The Bible Teach About Trinity?

Question: “ What does the Bible teach about the Trinity?”

Answer: The most difficult thing about the Christian concept of the Trinity is that there is no way to adequately explain it. The Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand, let alone explain. God is infinitely greater than we are, therefore we should not expect to able to understand Him.

Wake Up America by Jonathan Bolton

As I sit and write this, a lot goes through my mind and a lot of the thoughts put pain in my heart. I am honestly surprised by every human in America. First, what is America? I was taught it was the "land of the free", that it was MY country. Alongside of that, Christian pilgrims came to establish America to continue to worship The Almighty God and His Son, Jesus, considering the Christians were under much persecution in Europe. Being Spirit-led, Christians obeyed God and came to America to have freedom to worship God the Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. It was established for Christ.

Medicine For The Soul by Kelly Cyr

I have had strange changes in my body these past two months. I have become as stiff as a statue and I have not been able to move my joints. Along with that,  I have mouth ulcers in the upper and lower ridges of mouth; it is so bad that the dentist has to pull three of my teeth.

The Armor of God (Part II) by Jason Graham

The Armor of God is:

Shield of Faith-

Helmet of Faith-

Sword of the Spirit-

The Scripture reads, ”Above all, talking the shield of faith…” Why does the scripture say is that we can quench ALL of the fiery darts of the enemy with it. of course, that is an awesome reason.

How Can I Restore My Soul?  by Recommended Resource

Question: “ How can I restore my soul”

Answer: answers about restoring your soul can only be found in the Bible and through a personal relationship with God. The Bible is the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16_17) and has the answers and wisdom to deal with everything we will ever face..

Overcoming Obstacles by Melissa

 Jeremiah 32:27
27 "I am the LORD, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?

Any obstacle, any circumstance can be overcome with victory if we put our trust in the Lord. Nothing you face is to hard for your God.

The ability to overcome and receive the victory is dependant upon our willingness to trust God with the unknowns of our life!

Need to Turn From Our Wicked Ways by Shelly Wilson

I have to tell you as I have sat with the Lord the last few days I have cherished more than ever our time together. Today on my lunch break I went to my church and honestly just danced before Him in our sanctuary. Shortly, I realized and marveled at the mere fact that physically I could do such a thing. Praise was in my heart for certain.

Connected Earnestly For The Faith by Kathi Macias

Contend earnestly for the faith

which was once for all delivered to the saints (Jude 1:3).

There’s an old saying that goes something like this: If we don’t stand for something, we’ll fall for anything. Never is that truer than for those of us who have committed ourselves to proclaiming God’s Word. Whether we write fulltime or part-time; fiction or nonfiction; poems, short stories, magazine articles, web blogs, or devotionals; children’s books or adult Bible studies; letters to prisoners or shut-ins…the point is not so much to whom we write and how, but what and why we write, regardless of style.

How Many Shopping Days to the Biblical Festivals by Terri Gillespie

“Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.” Matthew 5:17 (NIV)

Early in my walk I decided to take the “Red Letters” path to scripture reading. You know, only reading the words printed in red, those spoken by Jesus.

Why Did Jesus Have To Die by Bob

After the movie The Passion came out in 2004 I heard the questions “Why did Jesus have to die?”  and “Why did Jesus have to bleed so much?” asked by a lot of people. As a layman, I am not what you might call scholarly or qualified to answer these questions. However, as a born-again believer and one that has read through the Bible a number of times in my short ten years as a Christian I have come across some truths that leads me to believe God has provided some insight to these questions.

Trust In Him by Angelia Udechukwu-Trotter

As I lay in bed this morning (Sunday 6-17-07), I was thinking about a recent incident that occurred here in a local California hospital. A woman was brought in to the ER, in dire need of medical attention and no one attempted to assist her. The only person trying to get her the medical attention that she needed was her husband and of course he was a medical professional.

What Do You See in Me? by Clinton Alexander

What gives a person value? What is it about someone that gives them worth? Possibly the most known verse in the bible is John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son; that whosoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life”. Evangelically speaking, the second half of that verse probably gets a bit more application attention.

Strong on My Heart by Fairelight Silverwings

Isaiah 40
Comfort for God's People
1 Comfort, comfort my people,
says your God.

2 Speak tenderly to Jerusalem,
and proclaim to her
that her hard service has been completed,
that her sin has been paid for,
that she has received from the LORD's hand
double for all her sins.

God's Design, God's Youth Leader by Kenny Metcalf

Being in ministry since 1979, and being a youth pastor since 1986, I have experienced a different side of Christianity that most do not.

I loved my days as a youth minister because it was the perfect place to encourage young minds finding their own individual paths on their adventure called life.

During my days as a youth minister. I wrote a page on the Perfect Youth Minister.. God ultimate youth leader. It was amazingly not what people expected.

Surrendering Completely by Beverly Rich

When we took God at his word and accepted him into our hearts as our Lord and Savior we agreed to surrender ourselves to him. We agreed to live a life of Christ. Thus explaining the following message I want to share with you.
I don't know about you but I want more than anything to grow in Christ each and everyday. I want to be closer to him than I have ever been. I want to surrender myself to him completely and follow fast after him.

Climbing This Mountain ( Poem) by Betty Bolden

Climbing this mountain seems hard at times
Wondering if I look down will I see low tides
Falling scares me and I wonder how long
Will this mountain take to climb, in this day of mine.

A Gentle Answer Turns Away Wrath by Helena

How many times do we say something out of anger, to end up regretting it or having to eat one's own words? I know I was guilty of it big time this weekend. I even confessed to the person that I did this to and even though she didn't accept my apologies (she's a Christian), I know the Lord forgave me. Being tactful is not one of my stronger virtues (as most people who know me in real life will agree).
