The Destination! - Evil Spirits Get Blind

Evil Spirits Get Blind by K. Daniel Deen

I saw a dream, In the dream, I am in a place; there is nothing familiar about the place, it is just somewhere. It was dark and there was no one was around me. There was a road before me, which I crossed and started walking toward a small tract of land surrounded by a fence.

While walking I saw an old man with a white beard standing close to the area where I had to go. I could feel and see in his face that he was engaged by Satan and waiting for someone to hurt.

As I made it to the tract of land, he was unaware that I was there.  As I entered in, I saw after some time that he came to the gate of that tract of land and was trying to see who was there. I realized that he could hear the sound of my steps as I was entering, but he could not see me, though I could see him so clearly.

In my heart, I was also afraid of him because I could feel that he was an evil spirit. However, God was comforting me and letting me know that He was there to help me and protect me. After some time after I had left from there, the evil spirit still searched for me. As I passed in front of that demon, it seemed that the Lord blinded him, hiding me from his searching and enabling me to get out safely.

Yes that is true that Satan tries to attack and destroy us, but when we are saved by God, the evil spirits are thus got blind to us and cannot enter our lives to hurt us.

On Saturday as I was writing one part of this article, I asked God to please explain it more fully to me, after which, I fell asleep.

The next day, Sunday, at Church the Pastor was giving the same message. He said that some people think that devil is a dreadful and ugly faced, but in reality it is not like that at all. Satan could have any image; but his purpose is to destroy people by trapping them in any way that he can!

Bear in min that, while we are unable to face the devil in our own strength and do not have an understanding mind to know fully the devil’s ruses, we can know him easily and the ruses he uses to trap us, when our relationship with God is strong. God is always there to protect us from Satan; He stands by our side. That was the purpose of Christ coming to this world to die for our sins, that He might enable us to stand and face Satan and his legions of dark angels.

One more thing I would like to clarify is the fact that Christianity is not a religion it is a relationship with God. If your relationship with Him is strong then there is nothing to worry about. He will teach you all things as,” God has promised in His Word to guide you where to go and what to do.

Personally, whenever I do not understand something, according to James 1:1, I ask the Father and He makes me understand. (If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God Who gives to all men liberally and does not find fault).

The one and only way we have to face the devil by maintaining union with our Lord Jesus Christ. I have seen a lot of people who either don’t know Jesus or do not have a good relationship, or union with Him. These people easily trapped by Satan because they do not have understanding of Satan’s devices,  that his intention is to devour them.

Look at 1: Peter: 5: 8; “Be self controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.”

We all need to be self controlled and alert, knowing we have such an enemy lurking about us. Now the question could be raised here as to how can we know and understand that it is Satan. We do not have enough wisdom or hindsight to know the devil and his tactics. Yes, it is true that we are helpless in and of ourselves, but here again we need to make our relationship strong with our Lord Jesus Christ. He will give us wisdom, teach, and guide us even in the darkest hours. So make your relationship with Him strong.

Why am I emphasizing a strong relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ? Will I gain a personal advantage if you get closer to Him? If you have strong relationship with Jesus, will that benefit me? No, this is not the case at all. Then why am I reiterating that you need a strong, personal relationship with Christ? Because it will benefit your own personal lives and He will keep you safe in the storms of life. I always speak out because it is my hearts desire to see you happy and safe.

I have personally experienced what a strong relationship with Him will do. It is very important for us. No other Choice do we have. In Jesus’ words, “Without Me, you can do nothing”.

If you have any question please feel free to ask. I always look forward to hearing from you because I care deeply for you and earnestly desire that you will come to know the Savior of your souls in a deeper way.

Yours in Christ,

K. Daniel Deen
